Lenovo yoga wifi dropping

About three days ago our Lenovo laptop decided it hates the internet. Or, in more specific terms, it keeps dropping the Wi-Fi connection.

When you check the Wi-Fi it will show that it can't find any connections. Selecting 'Troubleshoot' fixes it by re-starting the wireless adaptor. It will then show all the Wi-Fi connections available.

Selecting our Wi-Fi causes the computer to try to connect - but it fails. Again, selecting 'Troubleshoot' restarts the wireless adaptor and the computer connects - only to drop the Wi-Fi again anywhere from 3 minutes to about an hour later.

Sometimes it skips the step of not seeing any Wi-Fi connections. I have no idea what to do. Our other computers are not experiancing this problem. Open Power Options by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search or if you're using a mouse, pointing to the upper-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer down, and then clicking Searchentering Power options in the search box, and tapping or clicking Power options. Tap or click Change plan settings under the power plan that is selected.

For example, if the Balanced option is selected, tap or click Change plan settings under Balanced. Tap or click Change advanced power settings. In the list that appears next to On battery, tap or click the current setting and select Maximum Performance, and then OK.

I'm having the same issue. I made the change to max performance, but my laptop is usually plugged in. Those settings were set to max performance and it still dropped the internet connection.
